    Seen Around SLAC: Panofsky Auditorium Made Over

    Panofsky Auditorium has been repainted, re-carpeted and prettied up from front to back. A new fixed-frame screen hangs overhead, in front of drapes supplied by a theatrical company, all the walls and tabletops sport a fresh coat of paint, and every tabletop vent was removed, cleaned and repainted before reinstallation.
